Absolutely. At Volé Candles, we prioritize sustainability in every step of our process. From thoughtfully chosen materials to mindful production practices, our goal is to create candles that are as gentle on the environment as they are beautiful in your space.

Burn time varies depending on the size of the candle and how it’s used. For the best performance, we recommend trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and allowing the wax to melt evenly across the surface during each burn. Proper care helps ensure a longer-lasting, cleaner burn.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

For exchanges due to damage or defects, please contact us at info@bmd-corp.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
